Janakpur Bolts defeated Sudurpaschim Royals to win the NPL

Janakpur Bolts defeated Sudurpaschim Royals by a thrilling five wickets to win the Nepal Premier League (NPL) title. In a tense match, The Sudurpaschim Royals scored 184 runs after winning the toss. Binod Bhandari and opener Saif Zaib shared a 117-run partnership for the first wicket. Janakpur, who were chasing 185, began the inning with strong confidence  from Lahiru Milantha. 105 runs were scored by the Janakpur Bolts in the first ten overs. Milantha scored 87 runs off of 49 balls, which helped Janakpur reach the difficult 185-run mark.

Previously, Janakpur Bolts was handed a defeat by Sudurpaschim Royals in the Qualifier 1. Jankpur Bolts have already lost twice in the competition to Sudurpaschim.
